Citromax presented its new corporate identity program at a dinner for industry insiders held last sunday at the Mandarin Hotel in New York city. “It’s a huge departure for us”, says company president, Vivian Glueck. “But Citromax has grown significantly beyond its lemon-centric roots and the brand needs to reflect that”.

There’s nothing poor about this so called “poor man’s fruit.” Smooth as custard, with hints of pineapple, cantaloupe and banana, the jackfruit is the largest tree-borne fruit in the world—reaching up to 36 kg (80 lbs) in weight. The fruit’s exterior is green or yellow when ripe. The interior consists of large edible bulbs of yellow flesh that encloses a smooth, oval, light-brown seed that is white and crisp within and reminiscent of chestnuts.
