Citromax S.A.C.I. – It is in Tucuman, Argentina, known as the world’s premier lemon producing region both in terms of volume and quality, that Citromax S.A.C.I. installed its first agro-industrial complex in 1964 as well as the first plantations in the province. Today, Citromax cultivates about 4,000 hectares (12,000 acres) of land, continually monitoring all phases of development, from planting to harvesting, utilizing state-of-the-art technological innovations to ensure the quality satisfaction of our most demanding customers. This direct-from-the-source vertical integration and ownership of the entire process sets Citromax apart.

Citromax Essencias Ltda. – This company takes its cue from its hot and spicy Brazilian locale in its production and distribution of savory and tropical flavors for everything from sausage to beverage. More recently, the company has expanded its offerings to include sweets and confections.

Fritzsche S.A.I.C.A. – Located in Buenos Aires, Fritzsche is dedicated to the creation and industrialization of flavors and fragrances for industrial application.

Citromax Flavors – With its launch of Citromax Flavors at global headquarters in Carlstadt, NJ, in 2005, building of a state-of-the-art flavor lab and hiring of some of the most creative and experienced professionals in the flavor industry today, Citromax quickly built on its 40-year history to establish itself as the go-to company for the creation of the flavors of its clients’ imaginations.

Berrymax – The newest member of the Citromax family, located in Tucuman, offers a premium selection of highbush blueberries to retailers and distributors throughout North America, the UK, Europe and Asia, as well as IQF berries. Its growing season is the earliest and longest in the Southern Hemisphere.

The success that has been attributed to Citromax is no doubt a product of the hands-on family management that the company has sustained since the mid-1960s, beginning with Jacob Glueck and continuing today with his daughter, Vivian, who took over day-to-day management responsibilities in 1997.
