I am very pleased to introduce our new Web site offering information on the Citromax family of companies and the products and services we provide. This effort, along with our new logo and subtle rebranding campaign, builds upon 40 years of experience and innovation to allow customers to more easily access and take advantage of each of our company’s expertise.
It comes on the heels of the 2008 name change of our U.S.-based flavor division from Citroil to Citromax Flavors. This was the first step in our effort to utilize the strong brand identity of Citromax and leverage the close relationship between the sister companies in North and South America to benefit all of our customers worldwide.
What all of this means is that Citromax customers gain easier access to our unique citrus expertise, our proficiency in tropical flavor development and the insights we can provide on local market trends both here in the United States and in South America.
I represent the third generation of my family to be in the food, flavor and fragrance business, first in Europe then in the United States. We proudly stand behind our vast array of products and our commitment to service. My father’s belief that the customer always comes first and that every effort should be made to assure timely, friendly and courteous service, irrespective of company size, is reflected in the attitude of all Citromax employees.
